Talk about a fun busy day! This morning my husband, kids and I met my stepdaughter and her family at the park for a cookout. I love seeing my grandkids! Don't see them nearly enough since they live in GA. It was great. Then... we went to my mother's house for fondue. We had an avocado and edam cheese dip.. and a beer cheese dip... chocolate and strawberry cream cheese. I think I was in heaven. Just arrived home and we are all ready for sleep. Big fun day for sure!

I love fondue! Unfortunately, it's one of those things I just don't think about making too often. Have you ever been to a Melting Pot restaurant? It's all fondue, and it's heaven!
I have not been to the Melting Pot, but my brother has. That is where we got the idea to do the family fondues. I would love to go one of these days!
